Diederik Posthuma

Diederik Posthuma conducts an advisory and litigation practice in corporate, real estate and financial law.

His clients appreciate his tenacity, strategic insight and ability to present cases clearly and convincingly in order to achieve the best result for his clients in negotiations and proceedings.

Diederik studied law at the University of Amsterdam and did a postgraduate specialization course in Real Estate at the Grotius Academy.

He is registered in the register of areas of law for contract law and is thus required by the standards of the Dutch Bar Association to obtain at least ten training points annually for each registered area of law.

Diederik is a board member of the Friends of the Red Cross Hospital Foundation. He is also a member of the Association of Real Estate Lawyers (VVJ).
